KCC GLASS Corporation has launched a high performance single Low-E glass “CRISTAL SERIES” which is equipped with both outstanding performance of excellent thermal insulation and economic benefits and design of diverse colors that reflect the latest trends.

Low-E glass enhances its thermal insulation performance by coating a glass surface with a silver metal layer. Low-E glass is divided into single Low-E glass coated once with a silver metal layer and double Low-E coated twice with a silver metal layer. Single Low-E has been widely used in various ranges of buildings due to its beautiful colors and excellent processibility and economic benefits, but it had difficulties in securing enough insulation due to strengthened regulations on insulation.

This new CRISTAL SERIES is expected to satisfy the needs of customers by drastically improving a thermal insulation performance which has been pointed as a weakness of single Low-E and also by maintaining outstanding processibility and economic benefits of single Low-E at the same time. The highly functional single Low-E glass, CRISTAL SERIES boasts 1.03W/㎡K (28T 16Ar Duplex type) of heat transmission coefficient which is the best among single Low-E glasses in Korea.

In addition, the company has been launched the highly favored colors of glass in the architectural market by reflecting trendy glass colors including transparent, silver, blue and grey, and established the product lineup that can create a luxurious appearance of buildings.
